Moving Beyond Fantasy

Many men have learned what sex, connection, and relationships are supposed to look like — not from lived experience, but from pornography, from media, and from a culture that rarely makes space for authentic desire and connection. Those lessons become expectations. And when reality doesn't match them, it can result in alienation, confusion, and disconnection.

It shows up differently for different men. Some find themselves returning to pornography even when it no longer satisfies. Some feel close to no one despite being surrounded by people. Some avoid real connection without fully understanding why. Some carry an insecurity about sex and relationships they have never spoken out loud to anyone.

My hope is simply to help you understand what has been getting in the way.

Working with me adds another dimension to this process. As a former adult film performer, I represent something for many of the men who come here — fantasy, desire, shame, curiosity. Sitting with those feelings with someone who embodies what has been complicated for you can be can be evocative, challenging, and ultimately reparative.

About Me

Welcome

I am a former adult film performer and a licensed psychotherapist. My years inside the adult industry gave me an unfiltered experience of male sexuality, desire, and the complicated feelings that surround both. My clinical training gave me the tools to work with what I understand. My unique perspective informs how I work with men around sex, intimacy, and pornography use, and for many of them, sitting with someone who has personally represented these struggles can create a powerful context for evocative work and personal growth.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Although I am a licensed psychotherapist, I am not operating under my therapy license in this coaching relationship. This means I will not be assessing or diagnosing mental health conditions, providing clinical mental health treatment, or accepting insurance of any kind. If something emerges in our work that suggests you need clinical support, I will tell you directly and refer you to reach out to an appropriate provider. Coaching allows me to work with clients across all states and internationally, offering a flexible space focused on your specific needs.

Coaching is a goal-oriented professional relationship focused on personal growth and self-understanding. It is not therapy; there is no diagnosis, no clinical treatment, and no insurance billing. What it offers is a structured, confidential space to look at what is getting in your way and begin to understand it more fully. The men I work with are navigating challenges around sex, pornography, relationships, insecurity, and connection. Coaching gives us the flexibility to work together regardless of where you are in the world.

This work is for men who are struggling with challenges around sex, pornography, relationships, insecurity, and connection and who are genuinely ready to look at what has been getting in the way. Men who get the most out of this work are the ones who come without a fixed timeline, with patience for a slow process, and with a genuine curiosity about themselves.

This work is not for men who are looking for a quick fix or a set number of sessions to resolve everything. It is not for men who are in acute mental health crisis. If that is where you are, please reach out to a licensed clinician or crisis service. It is not for men who are seeking sexual services or fan interaction of any kind. And it is not for men who are not genuinely committed to doing real personal work. I screen all inquiries and reserve the right to decline or end any working relationship at my discretion.

This work is not anti-pornography. Anyone has the right to engage with it in whatever way serves them. What I do work with are men for whom pornography has become a source of struggle rather than pleasure, and who are looking for deeper connection with others and with themselves. I also work more broadly with men navigating insecurity, intimacy avoidance, relationship challenges, and isolation — with or without pornography being part of the picture at all.

Most men have never had the opportunity to work through their relationship with sex, desire, and pornography with someone who has lived inside that world professionally. That shared context can be the most powerful aspect of our work together.

There is also something more direct at play. For many men I am not a neutral presence — I carry associations that are personal, powerful, and complicated. Rather than setting those aside, we can work with them in session together. That process, when held within a professional relationship, can be powerful and sometimes transformative.

No. This is a professional coaching relationship and does not involve any sexual services, contact, or communication of a sexual nature during sessions or outside of them. There is no explicit roleplay and no sexual dynamic between us in any form. My history in the adult industry informs my perspective and approach to this work, but it is not what I am providing. Any conduct that suggests otherwise will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

No topic related to your personal growth is off limits. The men I work with are often carrying things they have never said out loud to anyone and that is exactly what this space is for, free of judgement and criticism. What is off limits is using our sessions for purposes other than genuine personal work. Any conduct of a sexual nature directed at me, or any indication that sessions are not being used for real personal growth, will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

There is no quick answer to this. The challenges most men bring to this work have deep roots, and they take time to understand. Some things shift sooner than others. But if you are coming here looking for a fast resolution you may want to reconsider. This work asks for patience and a curiosity to better understand yourself and the patterns keeping you from connection.
